Bonafarm Zrt.

Bonafarm Zrt, the youngest member of the Bonafarm Group was established in late 2009 as the Group’s management company. Bonafarm Zrt. is responsible for the development of the group-level strategy, for the exploitation of synergies as well as for the performance of shared tasks. As an equal ranking member of the Group it facilitates cooperation among the group members by fulfilling an advisory role. It coordinates the activities of the Group’s companies laying increased emphasis on development, providing for the supply of high quality input materials and improving the efficiency of operations. To this end, it is managing, in a harmonised way across the board, all of the functions that need to be coordinated in order to improve cost effectiveness, where knowledge needs to be concentrated, such as for instance the management of human resources, procurement, marketing, logistics and IT.

Bonafarm Zrt. aims to facilitate integration in these priority functions to enable successful management and operations and to make sure that the group’s employees perform their activities mutually supporting each other, as a real community.
